When one of the Northern Europe's leading energy groups needs to communicate with millions of clients it is a challenge.
The main purpose of this flash video presentation is to explain the basic points on consumers' electricity bills in order to minimise call centre traffic.
My contribution to this project was the art direction and design of the whole video project, including video editing, animations and flash editing. The success of this project led to more relevant videos for Dong Energy's customers.
